MANAGEMENT TRAINEE (MT) The Management Trainee program at Sika Indonesia is the best place to give your career a great start. Since day one, you are assigned exciting projects with full responsibility to continually develop your skills.  The most exciting part of this program are the multiple rotation from function at head office to working on the factory floor and to finally spending time in the market. You will get fully insight into how each function operates closely to achieve business growth. Person requirement: • Fresh graduate from UGM or have experience 1 year. • Maximum 27 years old. • S1 degree, major from Civil or Chemist • GPA minimum 2,75 • Good communication skill in English • Able to work calmly under pressure • Proficiency with Microsoft applications such as Word,Excell, Power  Point and Outlook.
