Job Descriptions :
- Carry out the planning, development and payroll to make the skilled labor available as operation needed.
- Develop manpower requirements and oversee the implementation in the recruitment.
- Develop employee career development plans.
- Providing assistance in the resolution of the employee case and industrial relations disputes.
- Carrying out employeement care so the employee's rights can be serviced in accordance with applicable regulations.
Job Requirements
- Minimum possess Bachelor (S1) degree majoring in Sosiology / Psychology / Communication / Law
- Experienced in employee planning, career development and personnel administration task
- Proficient in English both written and spoken
- Excellent communication skills
