Responsibilities:

• Create organization development system, report to board director

Qualifications:

• Female/Male
• Age not more than 27 years old
• Holding at least a Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering from reputable university with min. GPA 2,75
• Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply
• Possess good analytical thinking, communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Highly motivated person
• Placement : Cikarang, Batam and Banjarmasin
