Engineer Mining
Requirements :
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree majoring in Mining Engineering
  • Minimum 2 years in experience in related role at mining industry
  • Familiar with mine designing and mine operation in practice, Understand mine operation works and use it to develop and / or review mine design / plan; familiar with Minescape (mine design, mine reserve), introduction to XPAC for scheduling and Talpac for cycle time calculation; Read, understand, and interpret Long Term Mine Plan; possess government certification of POP (Pratama Competency Test); understanding of admin. Procedures; perform accurate measurements and calculations; read, understand, and interpret Infomine Data.
  • Good in computer literacy
  • Good in English both oral and written
  • Good communication skill
  • Able to communicate to all level (internal/external), diligent; good in planning and organizing.

Officer HRIS
Responsibilities:
  • Responsible to leased with site HR and HRIS (JDE) for day to day record of staff/non staff employee;
  • Managing and making sure the business process of change status, transfer and termination has been done properly;
  • Comply with all laws, regulations and statutory obligations as part of HR;
  • To assist with general HR administration;
  • Providing specialized support for project undertaken by other departments in HR;
  • Supporting HRIS projects and day to day activities as well as other department project such as Recruitment, Performance Appraisal, Industrial Relations, etc.
  • Supporting HRIS data maintenance both corporate and site.
Requirements:
  • Male/Female
  • Applicants should be at least a Bachelor Degree in Management, Information Technology, Human Resources or relevant course completed in human resources management;
  • Having minimum 2 years’ experience in general human resources management;
  • Having experience in writing report;
  • Having excellent knowledge of human resources database;
  • Possess good analytical thinking, detail oriented, time management and able to work under pressure;
  • Proficiency in English both written and spoken.

Engineer Planning
Responsibilities :
  • The scope of your role will include but not be limited to play an active role in providing engineering assistance for business unit and site plant modifications; ensure all issue identified as CIP initiatives from any resources are investigated; provide engineering support to identify fleet, plant and component maintenance issues; provide suggest solutions and roll out plans to rectify issues that have been identified; provide engineering support to analyse and develop whole of life plant operating cost and cost reduction initiatives.
Requirements :
  • To be successful in this role you will need to have minimum Mechanical Engineering Degree; have experience in mining industry practice, with minimum of 2 year experiences in same role at mine site. The candidate should have computer literacy, having Analytical and logical thinking, strong initiative, attention to detail, self-motivated, communicative, and able to work under pressure are preferred character traits.

Accountant Plant
Responsibilities :
  • The scope of your role will contribute to TCI Plant Objectives through the establishment and ongoing refinement of a best practice model for supporting the central plant administrational requirements; monitoring and distribute the impact of the cost of the services provided to the plant department; prepare the weekly and monthly reporting requirements for the plant department; ensure that the key accounts within plant are reconciled; Check & Review weekly plant cost report for all Thiess major sites, Ensure that all costs journal debit & credit to plant are correct; work with site to and the Administration Specialist to standardize all site reports; Make sure all administrations & procedural issue are run and obeyed well in every Plant Department workplaces.
Requirements :
  • To be successful in this role you will need to have a minimum Degree in related Discipline - Accounting with minimum 2 year experiences working in finance, accounting and administration; familiar with plant costing system; having broad knowledge of JDE or other similar system. The candidate should be diligent; attention to detail; does not mind repetitive jobs, able to follow up on information, keep projects up to date on their data; fluent in English both oral and written/good communication skill; computer literacy; hard worker, active personality, team work, willing to learn and good analytical skillsCompetitive salary and benefits will be offered to the right candidate.

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for coordinating manage the collection and reporting of all costs, invoicing and collection of debts in accordance Thiess Values and TMS in proactive and efficient manner.

  • Having minimum of 1 years’ experience in industrial experience in construction & mining.
