- Bachelor Degree from reputable university with major in Architect (Master Degree is preferable)
- Minimum 3 years experiences in the same field (in construction industry and the independent builder industry)
- Experienced in Building maintenance & GA Area
- Willing to travel
- Hardworking,
- Able to work with team and independently
- Fluent in English communication (spoken and written) is a must
